Users may purchase either a monthly or a yearly subscription plan.
Subscriptions provide access to our AI-powered solution services during the chosen billing cycle.
Plans automatically expire at the end of their duration unless renewed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through our official support channels (WhatsApp support or account settings).
Cancellation will prevent renewal of the next billing cycle but will not refund the current active subscription period.
Access to the Services will remain active until the end of the billing period already paid for.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated below.
Since Mentorpe provides digital AI-based services, once access has been granted, refunds cannot be claimed for partial or unused subscription periods.
A refund may be considered in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payment due to technical error.
Transaction error where the amount was deducted but subscription was not activated.
Service unavailability – if Mentorpe.com fails to provide access to the Services for more than 7 consecutive days due to internal technical issues.
Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to use the subscription within the active period.
Academic performance not meeting expectations.
User violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to account suspension.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction, along with valid proof (payment receipt, transaction ID).
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Mentorpe reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Any free trial, discounted plan, or promotional subscription is strictly non-refundable.
Once upgraded to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.
